

Emilio Schenker is an Emmy Award and American Television Academy Honors-winning producer, PGA Award nominee, and the co-founder and CEO of SIPUR. His productions have earned dozens of international accolades, including 16 Israeli Film and TV Academy Awards, and have premiered at leading festivals such as Cannes, Venice, Berlinale, TIFF, and more.


A longtime senior executive in international television, Michael boasts extensive experience in launching and orchestrating many hit series and formats. In addition to his position at SIPUR, Michael serves as Board Member of FRAPA and Chairman of VaultAI.


Daphna spearheads all of SIPUR's business and legal operations and strategy. Before joining SIPUR, she serves as Head of Business Affairs at Israeli production company Ananeney, where she played a key role in guiding the company through its acquisition by Paramount.


Jeff Freid is Co-Managing Partner of Longarzo Vance Klevan Freid LLP which specializes in representing independent studio and production company clients in all aspects of media activity throughout the world, including television and film. Jeff has over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry.


Alon oversees finance at SIPUR and the broader Tadmor Group, bringing expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he served as CFO for notable organizations such as Toyga and Pharmos, and held Partner roles at investment firms including Catalyst Fund


Salome leads SIPUR's sales and operations. She previously worked as COO of Candle Media's Faraway Road and as Head of Sales for Armoza Formats.


Ariel has helmed SIPUR’s scripted and documentary departments since the company’s inception, leading creative on projects such as THE DEVIL’S CONFESSION, BAD BOY, and more.


With over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, Anat is focused on defining organizational strategy, implementing change management, and building leadership teams, with an emphasis on global development.


Before SIPUR, Orly served as Head Producer and Executive VP of Acquisitions at Fremantle-owned Abot HaMeiri Productions. She played a pivotal role in major projects such as the unscripted hits SURVIVOR and BEAUTY & THE GEEK, as well as international scripted successes such as SHTISEL.


An accomplished accountant and financial controller, Zohar brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Her prior experience includes a senior position at globally reknowned firm KPMG.


Kira spearheads development across SIPUR’s different content departments. Acting as the liaison between the company’s home base in Israel and the US and UK markets, she cultivates international partnerships and leads the expansion of the content pipeline.

Jim is the Los Angeles-based President, Corporate Communications, West Coast, for The Lippin Group. A veteran trade journalist and studio PR executive, he covered television for Variety and Broadcasting & Cable. He served for nine years as Senior Vice President of Communications/Publicity at Universal Worldwide Television and StudiosUSA prior to joining The Lippin Group in 2007.

Bat leads all of SIPUR’s PR and communications in Israel. She is amongst the country’s most renowned professionals, with over 25 years of experience in public relations and crisis management. Bat is also a Certified Holistic Coach, and in her free time, she volunteers as a medical clown.
